Whatever she did, it was a mistake. She couldn’t shake the feeling that she needed to, though. It smelled like Wyrm, corruption, and her rage pushed her through the pain. She doesn’t remember - no.

That’s not right.

She doesn’t want to remember. What happened. All she knows is she couldn’t shift back to being human, and could only fall further into the tiger. She’s fully in feline form now, thank every god, but-

-but she’s still hurt. The healing is fast, but it’s not that fast. She needed a place to go, somewhere she’s been, somewhere safe. Somewhere that smelled familiar.

It took gifts to get here; stealth and the ability to get into closed places, but she made it. She’s on Jack’s bed when he gets back, all six hundred pounds of tiger, breathing hard and bleeding on his sheets.
